§1 – Definitions

The terms used herein shall have the following meanings:

Terms and Conditions – this document defining the rules of functioning of the Helikon-tex blog.
Entity running the blog – Entire M sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław at 34 Radomska Street, 54-032 Wrocław, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000410970, NIP: 8943037908, REGON: 021820847, share capital 100,000.00, telephone: +48 71 769 45 90, e-mail: shop@helikon-tex.com, which is the owner of the Helion-tex brand.
Blog – a website under the domain https://blog.helikon-tex.com/, where the Entity running the blog publishes entries on shooting, military, outdoor and bushcraft topics.
User – a person who uses the Blog.

In order to use the Blog, it is necessary to have access to a device connected to the Internet, an installed and updated version of the Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari web browser with JavaScript and Cookies enabled.
The Blog uses cookies, i.e. small text files stored by the web browser on the user’s device, m.in. for statistical analysis of traffic, adjusting the appearance and content of the website to the individual needs of the user.  Changes to the cookie settings can be made in the browser or directly in the cookie pop-up that appears when you enter the Blog, for the first time and after each time you clear your browsing history and cookies.
In the event of problems related to the operation of the Blog, including its individual functionalities, Users may use technical support by e-mail by sending a request to the following address: redakcja.blog@entirem.com

The Blog can be used free of charge.
The use of the Blog consists in the Users getting acquainted with the content of entries posted on the Blog by the Entity running the blog.
The User is obliged in particular to:
- use the Blog in a manner consistent with applicable law and not violating the rights of third parties, in accordance with the provisions of these regulations, as well as with the customs and principles of social coexistence adopted in this regard;
- not to provide or transmit any content prohibited by applicable law, in particular content infringing the economic copyrights of third parties or their personal rights.
- not to post illegal content.
The Entity running the blog declares that the content posted on the Blog is of an advertising or informational nature, including informations about the features and functions of Helikon-Tex products, constitutes an opinion expressed by the author of a given entry on the Blog, does not create a legal relationship between the Blog User and the Entity running the blog or the author of a given entry.

The rights to all elements, including works within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, trademarks, made available by the Entity running the blog or its partners, are vested in the Entity running the blog or entities with which the Entity running the blog has concluded appropriate agreements.
The User is entitled to use the above-mentioned content free of charge only for their own personal use and only for the purpose of proper use of the Blog, without territorial limitations. The use of the above-mentioned content in any other scope is allowed only on the basis of an explicit, prior consent granted by the authorized entity.
Sharing the content available on the Blog is possible only through a dedicated functionality called “Share article”, available at the end of a given entry, by clicking the appropriate button within the functionality.

The User may also agree to share their e-mail address for the purpose of using it by the Entity running the blog to send Users commercial information (hereinafter: “Newsletter”) regarding the activity, including newly appearing entries on the Blog or the activities of online stores, owned by the Entity running the blog.
The conclusion of the contract for the provision of the newsletter service takes place at the moment of confirmation of the subscription to the newsletter by the User, via the link in the e-mail received by the User after providing their name and e-mail in the appropriate place on the Blog page.
A message sent by e-mail as part of the newsletter service contains in particular:
- data of the Entity running the blog as the sender of the newsletter,
- indication of the subject specifying the content of the newsletter,
- commercial information,
- information on how to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
The newsletter service will be provided for an indefinite period of time. The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on a specially marked link under the content of the newsletter message.

The content of these regulations is available free of charge on the Blog’s website and can be recorded by printing, saving on a carrier or downloading from the Blog.
The Entity running the blog reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of, among other things, changes in the law or in order to improve the operation of the website, as well as to improve the protection of Users’ privacy and prevent abuse.
Subject to paragraph 4, Users will be informed about the change in the Terms and Conditions by publishing them on the Blog’s website.
Users subscribed to the Newsletter will be informed about the change in the Terms and Conditions by the Entity running the blog by means of an e-mail containing a link to the text of the new Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up on the basis of the provisions of Polish law. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code, the Act on Consumer Rights or other acts applicable to the activity and functioning of blogs in force in the Republic of Poland.
The Terms and Conditions are effective from03.10.2024, and this version of the Terms and Conditions was published on 03.10.2024 r.
