The Trooper Mk2 is a modern take on the tactical softshell. It is lightweight, stretchy, and optimized for action in the field. A stowable hood with a shaped brim hides neatly in the collar, while an extended back protects your kidneys when you’re on the move or kneeling. The jacket comes with only the pockets you actually need: two chest pockets with internal organizers and two shoulder pockets with hook and loop panels for patches.

We’ve deliberately removed the back and forearm pockets. Why? Because less bulk means faster drying and lower weight, and in the field, simplicity and accessibility matter most. This is a jacket for people who know exactly what they need – and don’t want anything they don’t.

Freedom of movement, built for the field – Trooper Pants

The Trooper Pants are built to perform – whether you’re in the thick of an operation or just pushing hard in the outdoors. Their anatomical cut and stretchy fabric give you full freedom of movement. Ventilation? Absolutely. Long side zippers let you easily regulate body temperature.

There’s also space for knee pads – you know how important that is. Six functional pockets give you all the storage you need: two cargo pockets, two front hand pockets, and two side pockets with organizers and zippers.

But wait, there’s more. Reinforcements in high-wear areas and the option to add shock cords to the cuffs let you convert them into makeshift gaiters. This setup works year-round – the pants pair perfectly with Level 1 thermal base layers as an outer shell.

StormStretch – the fabric that knows its job

The Trooper Jacket and Pants (in the non-MultiCam® versions) are made from StormStretch – a lightweight, breathable, tough nylon blend with 2% elastane. The fabric stretches in two directions, giving you better mobility. It resists abrasions, dries quickly, and doesn’t soak up moisture. Even after hard use, StormStretch holds its shape and stays reliable.
